We provide sincere, free and easy-to-use service for parents to find good and reliable tutors at reasonable price within earliest possible time service from our network of tutors who are mostly experienced school teachers, ex-school teachers, full time tutors and undergraduates who are familiar with the school syllabus & examination format.

* Rates are indicative only and are to be agreed upon between the tutors and the parents considering the location, qualifications, frequency of service and the educational level of the students.

Service Commission

The service to engage a tutor is provided free but upon a successful match, the parent would pay 50% of the first month fees to tutors999.com and 50% to the tutor for the first month only. For the subsequent months, the parents will pay 100% to the tutor.

If the tuition assignment is stopped before the first month regardless by the parent or the tutor, the parents need to pay the tutors the lessons that they have taught accordingly at the agreed rates. 50% of the amount taken would then be taken as admin fees for Tutors999.com

To prevent misuse of the service, an admin charge of $50.00 would be imposed on either the parent or tutor who cancel any assignment that has been confirmed.

Collection of Service Commission

Payment to us can be made by cheque or cash. For cheque payment, we will provide the details of the payee, amount and mailing address when the payment is due.  Alternatively, we can send our representative to collect either cash or cheque from your house at your convenient time.

Confidentiality of all Particulars

We ensure you that all your particulars will not be misused. All information will be kept strictly private and confidential.

Tutor's Qualifications

Qualified tutors are very important to our students. We want to ensure that students benefit and improve academically. We shall assess all tutors before recommending assignments to them. On the first lesson, tutor must show the student/parent his or her relevant Educational Certificates to verify his or her qualifications for the specific assignment.

All personal information and academic results   must be accurately filled in, Or you can call us directly at 6385 7170. If our line is busy, please be assured that we will get back to you earliest possible time.
 

Upon a successful match, 50% of the first month fees would be taken as admin charges from the tutor’s fees.

Please do not collect the full amount from the parent in the first month. For subsequent months, you will receive 100% of the lesson fees.

If the tuition assignment is stopped before the first month either by you or the parent, you will only receive a maximum of 50% of the fees for the lessons that you have taught at the agreed rate.
